Jorge has been active in the Washington, D.C. commercial construction and real estate markets for over 40 years. In 1982 he founded Kfoury Construction Group (KCG), one of the largest general contractors in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Jorge holds a B.A. in Business from The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and is involved in numerous charitable organizations.
Nate has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development. He has led projects valued at more than $200 million, totaling nearly 3 million square feet of commercial property acquisitions, development, property management, and sales. He began his real estate career in the residential market, working for Toll Brothers, Inc. and Renaissance Corporation.
In 2001, Nate joined Linden Development. His responsibilities include acquisitions, asset management, development, construction project management & supervision, and property management.
Nate holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and holds board seats on several Northern Virginia civic organizations.
Andrew has over 13 years of public and private financial accounting experience in the commercial construction and real estate industries. He began his career in 2008 working for the public accounting firm, Goodman & Company, LLP (now Dixon Hughes Goodman, LLP) in Rockville, Maryland as an auditor of commercial construction and real estate companies.
In 2011, Andrew joined Linden Development. His responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis; along with tax planning, property acquisitions & dispositions, obtaining financing and maintaining lender relationships for the various commercial and residential real estate projects.
Andrew holds a B.A. in Accounting from West Virginia University, maintains his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) License in Virginia, and is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA).
Su began her career in 1988 in Dublin, Ireland at Royal Insurance. She is a Chartered Insurer and Associate of the British Chartered Insurance Institute. Moving to the US in 2010 with her family, Su has over 10 years of experience in commercial office, retail and mixed-use property management and has been working with Linden Development since 2014 managing its commercial office portfolio.
Wally has more than 40 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate construction and development. His experience includes construction of condominium, townhouse, and high-end custom single family homes, as well as commercial tenant build-outs and SCIF construction. Prior to joining Linden Homes in 2022, Wally spent his entire career with SugarOak Corporation where he served with single-minded dedication until the last customer was serviced.
Wally’s responsibilities at Linden Homes include design & permitting, construction project management & supervision, and client satisfaction.
