1775 is a 135,000 sf Class A office building. Construction commenced as a speculative ground-up project, was 100% leased by Linden Development during construction and sold upon project completion. Its five stories are home to such tenants as Sun Microsystems, Piper Marbury, and The Internet Society. Linden Development self-performed all base building and tenant interior construction.
